Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at [security@yourcompany.com] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Morn offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the rates shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service; (b) upload content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or violates anyone's privacy or intellectual-property rights; (c) use the Service to send spam or otherwise abuse other users; (d) attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service.

You retain ownership of all data, photos, templates, and inspection reports you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of suspected abuse or legal risk.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
